Remembrance - Pain & Hope (Filmmaker)

One of my most personal and vulnerable films I've made for my 23rd birthday. I've been wanting to do my own passion projects for a long time. eventually, an anniversary was coming up so this was me processing it and opening up. To highlight key issues. I hope that my story could inspire and resonate with people. Take your time taking in the film, trigger warnings and helplines are in the film description/credits.

This documentary covers bits from my past and reflecting on it. Various themes that are covered include mental health, reflection on life, gratitude and appreciation for what you have. Also to be honest with ourselves and find a way to keep moving forward despite everything we have gone through. Share this around, for there are more stories to be told.
