A project celebrating 50 years of Hip-Hip culture in the UK. I met so many amazing artists who were there when hip hop entered the UK and heard their stories when growing up with it along with the influence it has had on them. A team of our young creatives produced a short film featuring local voices discussing their favourite hip hop songs and its impact on not just themselves but also wider society. Those contributing voices included DJ Lynx, Bang Bailey, former breakdancer Nathan Lewis, DJ AliKat, MC Kelz, ex-England cricketer Syd Lawrence (RIP), DJ Bunjy and Andrew Williams aka DJ General D.
